Before your dog can visit Mountain View Play & Stay, your dog will need:

  • Completed paperwork
    • This can be done by registering online at the link below
  • Veterinarian proof of vaccines: Bordetella, DHPP and Rabies. All vaccines must be completed 2 weeks prior to your dogs’ visit.
  • A completed parasite screen with a negative result
    • New guests must have screen completed within the past 6 months
    • Existing clients must complete parasite screen annually
  • Current on flea control
